Your privacy & membership
What we collect
We collect your name, mobile number, age, game interests, language and contact consent. We also record your registration time and source (direct registration or the pool challenge).
How we use it
We use your details to register your membership and contact you about opening, membership benefits and relevant gaming offers. We do not sell your information. A membership number does not verify ownership of your phone number.
Access and security
Registrations are stored in a private database. There is no public member directory. Access is restricted to lounge management. Request rate limits help prevent automated registrations.
Retention and choices
We retain your details through the pre-opening period and the membership benefit period. Request correction, deletion or an end to communications by replying to our first message. If you prefer another contact method, wait until official contact details are announced before registering.
Under 18s
Registration is available from age 13, with a parent or guardian’s permission for anyone under 18. Game age ratings apply when visiting the lounge.
Cookies and services
We do not use advertising trackers or external analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address during loading. Hosting services keep technical logs to protect the service.
Membership terms
Registration is free. The six-month discount period begins at opening. Rates and eligible games will be announced before activation. Registration does not send an SMS or verify your phone number; we will contact you when opening is confirmed.
